The Tigard Chamber's Diversity and Community Engagement (DCE) Committee is hosting an event to celebrate Black History Month on Feb 5. Over 20 business organizations, representing a variety of diverse communities in the region, have been invited to participate. There will be food, festivities and fun for all.
