Field Services Technician (On-Site Role)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide both on-site support and in-house assistance, ensuring the seamless operation of hardware, software, and networking systems. Your work will be essential to maintaining the efficiency of our client’s IT environments, both remotely and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Support: Travel to client locations to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, including hardware and networking.
- Technical Support: Resolve service requests, perform software configurations, and ensure efficient operations of workstations, servers, and networks.
- In-house Support: Assist with repairs and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and servers. Perform upgrades and replacements and ensure quality assurance for repaired equipment.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with MSP tools such as RMM platforms and PSA systems a plus.
- This position requires the candidate to have a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Spanish language skills a plus.

- The pay range for this position is $23.04 - $28.85 per hour (equivalent to an annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000), depending on experience.
