What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Child Care
- Experience in an administrative or director role.
- Knowledge of Oregon Child Care Licensing Requirements and Processes
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Support preschool educators in implementing curriculum processes – facilitate training, guide lesson planning, and maintain accurate instructional documentation.
- Enhance community outreach – Help organize marketing events and campaigns.
- Support educators & parents – Foster strong relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Oversee school operations – Assist with licensing, staff coordination, and administrative tasks.
