Join Ivybrook Academy and make a lasting impact on early childhood education! We’re looking for a dedicated Principal, Director of Admissions to guide families through the enrollment process and support our school community.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Child Care
  • Experience in an administrative or director role.
  • Knowledge of Oregon Child Care Licensing Requirements and Processes
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support preschool educators in implementing curriculum processes – facilitate training, guide lesson planning, and maintain accurate instructional documentation.
  • Enhance community outreach – Help organize marketing events and campaigns.
  • Support educators & parents – Foster strong relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee school operations – Assist with licensing, staff coordination, and administrative tasks.
