Tigard/Beaverton Jazzercise is now located in the Shawn Gardner Dance Studio in Downtown Tigard on Commercial Street.
We offer a variety of class formats that combine fun cardio and strength work in group classes that you will love! We are the original dance workout!. Give us a try!
All fitness levels are welcome! Our members modify the moves to fit their needs! High impact, low impact or no impact. Remain standing or go to the floor. What works for you?!
