On the Ballot: City Center Urban Renewal Plan Amendment
On the Ballot - May 2021
The City of Tigard is asking voters to amend the City Center Urban Renewal Plan.
If the measure passes, it would increase the total amount of money that could be collected (maximum indebtedness) by $20.8 million and the length of time (duration) of the Urban Renewal Plan by nine years. It will have great benefits to the Downtown Tigard area.
Join us on Wednesday, April 28 at 12 p.m. on Zoom or the Tigard Chamber Facebook page to learn about Urban Renewal and Measure #34-305.
We will have the City of Tigard Redevelopment Project Manager Sean Farrelly, Tigard Mayor Jason Snider and Tigard Chamber CEO Debi Mollahan on the panel.
